Pontypridd based walking group, Forever Friends are taking on the Llanfabon Loop again this year in a bid to raise vital funds for the community.
We caught up with organiser, Ellie Johnson ahead of the big day.
"This Saturday (29th April) myself and 15 others are taking on a 12 hour walk to raise funds for the local community. These funds help a number of people including, the elderly lady who’s roof is falling apart, Christmas shops for families who are struggling or just need a little pick me up, lots of Easter eggs placed in Ynysangharad War Memorial Park to treat the children, electric fans for a local hospital when we had a that heat wave, the man who lost his home due to a devastating fire.
